Acceptance of Terms

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active ary999 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious breach of these Terms. ary999 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or accumulated rewards will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You must provide your real name, valid contact details, and current Pakistan mobile number when registering. The name on your ary999 account must match the name on the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays until identity verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ary999 login credentials — your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. ary999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through Easypaisa, JazzCash, and SadaPay are typically credited to your ary999 wallet within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfers (IBFT) from HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan Bank, or Bank Alfalah are generally credited within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours. ary999 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the ary999 payments team. Standard processing time is within 24 hours of a verified request. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used for deposits. ary999 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks before releasing any withdrawal of 50,000 PKR or more.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ary999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ary999 does not currently offer multi-currency wallets or currency conversion services. The PKR balance displayed in your account dashboard is the only operative balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

ary999 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional rewards from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be initiated.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ary999 reserves the right to cancel any promotion, modify bonus conditions, or withdraw a promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

Live casino and Cockfighting event outcomes are determined by real-world events beyond ary999's control, and results are final once confirmed.

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with the normal operation of games or betting markets — including the use of automated software (bots), collusion with other players, or exploitation of software bugs — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

Responsible Gaming

Account Suspension & Closure

Upon closure for legitimate breach of Terms, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Verified real-money funds not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the original payment method after a standard review period of up to 14 business days.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ary999 and may result in immediate account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Creating accounts for any person under the age of 18.
• Using VPN services, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.

Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ary999 content without prior written consent.

Game titles such as League of Legends, Captain's Bounty, and other branded content available on the platform are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used under license. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in those third-party properties.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ary999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of gaming funds resulting from technical failures beyond ary999's reasonable control.

ary999 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party network issues, and force majeure events may occasionally affect service availability. ary999 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance wherever reasonably practicable.

Privacy & Data

ary999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the ary999 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is used only for account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and improving the ary999 service.
• ary999 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
