Responsible Gaming at ary999 — Because Fun Has Boundaries
Gaming at ary999 is meant to be entertaining, not stressful. Whether you are spinning Jackpot Slots, watching a live Cockfighting event, or playing at the live casino, we want every session to remain something you enjoy — not something you regret. This page covers all the tools, resources, and guidance ary999 provides to help you keep things balanced.
Gaming Should Be Entertainment, Not Escape
ary999 is Pakistan's English-language online gaming platform, and we take our responsibility to players seriously. From Karachi to Lahore, Islamabad to Faisalabad, the players who trust ary999 deserve a gaming environment that is fair, transparent, and built with their wellbeing in mind. Responsible gaming is not an afterthought at ary999 — it is baked into the platform from the ground up.
Gambling, by its nature, involves financial risk. The vast majority of ary999 players gamble recreationally — they set a budget, stick to it, and walk away when the session is done. But we know that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. When that happens, ary999 wants to be the first place those players turn to for help, not the last.
This page explains the practical tools built into every ary999 account, the warning signs that your gambling may be becoming problematic, where to seek help in Pakistan if you need it, and how ary999's 18+ policy is enforced. Please read it carefully — it could make a real difference.
The golden rule of responsible gaming at ary999 is simple: only ever gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose. Never gamble with rent money, utility payments, school fees, or any funds earmarked for essential household expenses. Set your PKR budget before you start, and treat any winnings as a bonus — not income you can rely on.

Six Tools Built Into Every ary999 Account
All of the following tools are available at no cost from your ary999 account settings. Changes to limits take effect immediately. Contact our support team via live chat if you need help activating any of them.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum PKR amount you can deposit into your ary999 account per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, the system will automatically block any deposit that would exceed it. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect instantly; increasing one requires a 24-hour cooling-off period to protect impulsive decisions.
Instant EffectLoss Limits
Set a cap on how much you are willing to lose in a given period — daily, weekly, or monthly. When your net losses reach the limit you have set, ary999 will suspend play for the remainder of that period. This is one of the most practical tools for staying within a budget you are comfortable with.
Budget ControlSession Time Limits
It is easy to lose track of time when you are engaged in a live casino table or a Jackpot Slots session. Session time limits allow you to set a maximum duration for each ary999 gaming session. When the time is up, you will receive a notification and the session will end automatically.
Time AwarenessReality Checks
Reality check notifications appear at regular intervals during your gaming session — reminding you of how long you have been playing, your net position (up or down in PKR), and giving you the choice to continue or end your session. These gentle nudges help you stay aware of your activity in real time.
Stay AwareCooling-Off Period
If you feel like you need a short break from ary999, a cooling-off period lets you temporarily suspend your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this time, you will not be able to log in or deposit. This is a useful option when things feel like they are getting a bit much.
Short BreakSelf-Exclusion
Self-exclusion is a longer-term option for players who recognise that their gambling has become problematic. A self-exclusion at ary999 lasts a minimum of six months and can be extended indefinitely. During the exclusion period, your account is closed, all marketing is stopped, and any verified real-money balance is returned to your payment source.
Permanent OptionWarning Signs That Gambling May Be a Problem
Problem gambling does not always look the same for everyone. For some players it builds gradually over months; for others it escalates quickly after a big win or a difficult period in life. Recognising these warning signs early — in yourself or someone close to you — is the most important first step.
If several of these signs feel familiar, we strongly encourage you to speak to someone. ary999's live chat support team is available 24/7 and can help you activate self-exclusion or a cooling-off period in minutes.
Chasing Losses
Increasing your bets or depositing more PKR to try to win back money you have already lost — rather than accepting the loss and stopping.
Gambling With Essential Money
Using money set aside for rent, groceries, school fees, or utility bills to fund gambling sessions, or borrowing money specifically to gamble.
Hiding Your Gambling
Being secretive about how much time or money you spend on ary999, or lying to family members about gambling losses or deposits.
Unable to Stop or Cut Down
Repeatedly trying to reduce how often or how much you gamble but finding yourself unable to follow through, even when you genuinely want to.
Gambling to Cope With Stress
Turning to ary999 — or any gambling platform — when feeling anxious, depressed, bored, or overwhelmed, using gambling as a way to feel better rather than for entertainment.
Neglecting Responsibilities
Missing work, neglecting family responsibilities, or withdrawing from friendships and social activities because of the time or mental energy consumed by gambling.
Ask Yourself These Honest Questions
This is not a clinical diagnostic tool — it is a simple, honest check-in. If you answer "yes" to three or more of these questions, it may be worth speaking with someone.
Over the past 30 days, have you...
If you answered yes to three or more of the above, please consider reaching out. ary999's live chat team is available 24/7 and can activate a cooling-off period or self-exclusion for you immediately. You can also contact our support email at any time.
ary999 Is Strictly an Adults-Only Platform
Registration and gameplay on ary999 are only permitted for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. This rule is non-negotiable and is enforced through a combination of automated age verification checks during registration and manual document review for withdrawals and high-value transactions.
If ary999 discovers that an account belongs to a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately and permanently closed, all personal data associated with the minor will be securely deleted, and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source without exception.
Parents and guardians in Pakistan are encouraged to discuss the risks of online gambling with young people in the household, and to consider installing parental control software to restrict access to gaming sites on shared devices. ary999 supports these efforts as part of our broader commitment to player protection.
If you suspect that a minor has accessed ary999 using your account or another account, please contact our English-language support team via live chat immediately. We will investigate and take action within 24 hours of your report.

Acknowledging that gambling has become a problem is genuinely difficult, particularly in a cultural context where discussing it openly can feel uncomfortable. Please know that reaching out — whether to ary999 or to a professional — is a sign of strength, not weakness. The first conversation is always the hardest, and ary999's support team will handle your situation with complete discretion and respect. There is no judgement here — only genuine support.
